Q: What size are the tiles and what are they made of?

Size: little over an inch wide & about an inch 3/8 long. Not an expert on materials but I believe they're made of plastic. Very solid. I'm quite pleased with the set. I've bought several sets as we like to play this game. We like these boards for holding the tiles too.

Q: Does this version of Rummykub come with a tile bag for storage?

No it doesn't, but I push the tiles into the top of the metal box, and easily transfer them to a plastic ziploc bag--really better than having a smaller cloth bag.

Q: Can I buy Extra jokers we are missing one

You need to call the manufacturer. I do not believe you can
