Excellent replacement for our phone system
We've had the Avaya phone system for a number of decades and find this system works perfectly with our new digital phone service.

Confusing phone; wish I never bought it!
I cannot figure out how to make a conference call or how to redial on this phone. I do not like the numbers of the phone lines being 1, 2, 3, and 4 above the 1,2, and 3 dial buttons. I get confused when an automaton answers the phone and tells me to press "1" to indicate an answer and then I press the wrong "1" key and mistakenly disengage the call!I wish I could send this back but it took a month to use it because our wifi company had my lines uninstalled for a month!

Phone is excellent. Application is problematic if additional devices linked to base phone.
Good product. However, the “wireless” component requires all additional phones to have close proximity to the main set. As in a large room. Not in situations with walls and definitely not for another floor. Requires “site-line” for connectivity with other phone units.

Good design, easy to install and use
Panasonic has been refining this product for many years. Doesn't do anything fancy but for four lines and ten stations it works well as a replacement for a key phone system. Pleasantly surprised, it just worked.

Good quality phone that is easy to use
I was looking for a good home office phone after my previous one developed some problems after many years of use. This Panasonic phone is easy to set-up, easy to use, intuitive menus, has a lot of great features and decent sound quality. The only thing I would rate less than five stars is the quality of the speakerphone sound, which is not as good as my previous office phone. That said, callers can seem to hear me fine, even if the sound on my end is not stellar. The handset sound quality is great. Overall, I am very happy with this phone and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid landline home office phone.

Screen color light is amber. Bad idea. Have older model with very bright white screen, great!.

Bad Ringer
We purchased two of these and both did the same thing. The phone continued to function, but the ringer stopped working in just two weeks. We still use them but do not recommend them to anyone.
