Great product . I've used an electric knife for years .... I bought this one to upgrade.. I love the fact that it comes with a case to keep the knife and blades together safely.It comes with carving blades and a bread knife blade .. the bread blade cut perfect slices through a loaf of homemade bread , which was still slightly warm.You also get a fork to steady joints of meat when carving them .Just a bit fiddly to get the blades in .. make sure you haven't plugged it in , to avoid any accidents..

Easy to use and clean. Comes with a case to keep it when not being used. The 2nd set of blades is useful for cutting frozen items. Overall a useful thing to have in the kitchen for when it's needed.

Appears very well made and is light weight without being flimsy. The blades are sharp and slightly flexible, ideal for boning out large poultry. The blades are easy to change and cut beautifully and smoothly. The handle is rather dated in appearance and could do with maybe a little reworking for the grip but unlike other electric knives the handle isn't like that of a chainsaw! You also get a carving fork and a storage box which other knives don't seem to have. So far I've done a roast chicken which the knife dealt with easily, bit of a beast. The knife gets high marks from me, especially the quality and price, I'm very happy with it and would recommend to others

This is a good quality knife, strong and well made absolutely great for cutting unsliced bread. Plenty of attachments and easy to clean. It is easy to use and does the job well.

So happy with this electric carving knife it comes in a black hard plastic case with 2 different blades also includes a carving Fork which came in handy as I forgot to buy a fork, so overall I am really happy no more uneven cuts of meat or bread in our house.

Heavy and too big for my arthritic hands. Instructions do not mention the little grey safety button. I thought it was faulty My daughter found it. Also too heavy and big for my small arthritic hands. It doesn’t say which set of blades to use for which job More thought need in the design but it cuts well

A very well packaged knife with a great storage case which holds the knife, blades, and (not very useful) carving fork.The knife is easy to use as it’s jut like holding a normal knife. The well thought out safety switch prevents accidental switch on, and the cut is clean (on the Xmas day Turkey and Boxing Day ham). The blades did tend to bend a little when starting a cut at the blade tips, but this didn’t cause any problems.One very small niggle - there are two sets of blades. One designed for meat, the other designed for bread. Nowhere does it say which is which!
