Delicious aid to keto diet

Use it with my morning coffee, absolutely adore the taste of chocolate in a drink.

Tastes way too sweet, would of tasted much better if it had less sweetener and more of a bitter cocoa flavour. But as its probably geared more towards American consumers this is too be expected. At least it contains a natural sweetener though. Didn't really find this helped with my weight loss but obviously helped me increase my daily fat intake. No noticeable impact to how many pounds I lost in a week. I wouldn't buy it again but if you're struggling to consume fats on keto then this is a good thing to use. Ive only tried it as a drink so far, mixed with no added sugar almond milk. Mixed with water it was foul. You can add it to your baking, and it may taste better than it does when you drink it but I've yet to try that. Worth a try but it's expensive for what it is and their are cheaper ways to get fat into your diet.

This dutch chocolate tastes great but it is very hard to mix. I mostly mix MCT oil powder into my coffee, and I continue to mix this into my morning coffee, but I just have to put up with the little beads of powder that accumulate and float to the top. I press them out on the side of the cup and usually manage to get most of them to eventually mix in. But the flavor is such that it is worth the small amount of time it takes.

I was very excited to try this, but upon receiving it, very disappointed. This does not dissolve in coffee barely at all, which is what I got it for. Bummer. Also, they put so much sweetener in it, it just doesn't taste right. Now I'm stuck with it as I can't return. Waste of $35.
