After two years of toaster frustration, I've finally found a winner in the Zwilling Enfinigy Cool Touch Toaster. In the past two years alone, I've purchased a Black+Decker ($40) and a Cuisinart ($80), both of which promised even toasting. Both failed miserably.The Black+Decker was a complete hit-or-miss, burning one side while leaving the other pale. The Cuisinart, while slightly better, was still inconsistent, and definitely not worth the doubled price tag. I was ready to give up on the perfect slice of toast.Then, I decided to take a chance on the Zwilling Enfinigy. I was hesitant given the price point, but the reviews were promising, and I was desperate. And let me tell you, it delivered!The Zwilling toasts perfectly, every single time. I've used it for everything from thin slices of sourdough to thick bagels, and the results are consistently golden brown and evenly toasted. No more burnt edges or soggy middles!What I particularly appreciate is the simplicity of the design. The single knob adjustment makes it incredibly easy to dial in the perfect level of toastiness. No complicated settings or confusing buttons. Just a simple, reliable toaster that does its job exceptionally well.Pros:Even and consistent toasting.Simple, intuitive one-knob operation.Cool-touch exterior (a nice safety feature).Sleek, modern design.Cons:A bit pricier than other toasters.If you're tired of toasters that underperform, I highly recommend the Zwilling Enfinigy. This the best toaster. Light weight. Set the dial to the desired temp for browning and it comes out perfectly. Also, has this great function putting frozen slices in toaster and it comes perfect as well.

Looks like a great toaster but I apparently got a dud. Tripped every single outlet we plugged it into and never got it to work. Moving house so all the packaging is gone and I’m stuck with this non-starter.

This is the fourth toaster that I bought in the last two weeks, searching for one that met my expectations of excellent build quality and consistently even toasting, this one is it.

After 20 years my reliable Magimix died. Any follow up toaster would have a tough act to follow. The Zwilling is nice enough. Takes up less space on the counter. It’s good looking. The slots are wide enough. It doesn’t toast evenly but not bad enough to return. Why not purchase a new Magimix, you ask. Many of the complaints stated the pop up knob quit working. That’s what happened after 20 years to me. Why buy a new model for a same issue in less time.I don’t think you’ll regret the Zwilling.

The one positive is that the longer toaster is the way to go! It allows either longer slices of bread or two slices of bread on each side.We bought this toaster as a Christmas gift for my parents, which lasted about 3 weeks before they were ready to send it back. I don’t understand what makes one toaster so much more expensive than another, but it has one basic job and that is to toast bread. Unfortunately, this is an expensive toaster that did a poor and inconsistent job of that one thing it had to do. The crusts were often burnt while the middle was unevenly toasted. And this was with normal packaged, sliced bread from the grocery store. Nothing fancy. The lever to push down also didn’t work very well and often wouldn’t stay down. The cord also comes out in a weird space, making my parents say “Huh!?!” when they first unpackaged it and plugged it in.Sufficed to say we returned the toaster and will look for something else. My $30 toaster toasts nice and evenly and beats the pants off this fancy toaster every day of the week. So I do not recommend!

It Works! This is the 5th toaster ordered on Amazon & eBay. One cost twice as much and worked the least. It is a shame we US citizens are stuck with buying and accepting near junk appliances made in China. At least this one is as near perfect as I can get to an acceptable performing appliance. Toasts near evenly on both sides. None of the others did.

This is the best toaster we have ever owned. So far, we have used it to toast bread, bagels, and English muffins. It takes a little (actually a lot) longer for the items to toast but they toast perfectly. It's well worth the wait. I make my expresso while I'm waiting for the toaster to finish doing its thing. The black toaster looks great on our black granite countertop so no reason to put it away after using it. It's easy to clean too.
