Wow these pants are amazing and I would say better than some of the leading Brands. They are comfortable, soft and fit well. They don't leak at all and have a good capacity.They do not irritate my skin which is a bonus. I don't normally wear this sort of product unless I get a cough and then I need them. My latest cough was a disaster as it was continuous so I looked at the options available. I am so pleased I chose these ones. They are such good value and such good quality.

I’ve just had to start wearing incontinence pants recently as a precaution for IBD. I tried using Always Discreet first which were a nice size and comfortable but the price is a little out of my budget. I decided to give these ones a go as an alternative and I have found that they’re pretty much the same quality as the above brand I mentioned. I got the Large ones, they do fit and I’m a size 18-20 depending on what I wear, and they just say fit me. If there was a larger size for a similar price I’d pay it gladly. They’re comfortable, nice material (I have sensory issues which makes this point important to me). They don’t make sounds when you move so others don’t know you’re wearing them. I used one to run under some water to see how much it would hold just in case anyone was wondering and it did hold quite a bit of water, hope this helps someone whose considering buying these ones. All in all, nice affordable alternative to be to the named brands and can be shipped straight to your door in discreet packaging. Would buy again, but I’d like to know if there was a bigger size to try in this brand just to test the roominess of them, but without the chance of leaking.

I like these, they are: soft & comfortable, invisible under my clothes, maybe not fitted leggings, have a high waist so not rolling down, elastic around the leg holes so a neat fit & no side dribbles, absorbant to the stated rating for significant leaks but might not contain a full on gushing pee, very good value compared to popular brands. I'm a 14/16 with a stoma and prefer a relaxed fit. I bought large which fit great without baginess. Glad I didn't go for medium as they would have been far too small. I saw some reviews that said they were poor quality and ripped easily, and the core pad bunches, maybe it was a bad batch as if treated with care(i.e. not yanked about) I have not experienced this. I would recommend 100% trying these.
