I think it’s a great quality for the price. I got the galaxy set when I first moved into my own apartment, and after 2 years of use they’re still great and I never had to sharpen them. I gave those to my brother when I moved back in with my parents (pandemic) but now that I’m out on my own again I already know this brand is great so I got the Masterpiece set. I love them. They work so well and are also very easy to clean with a sponge and dish soap.

The knife set is beautiful and comes in an impressive gift box. My review is regarding the company rather than the product. I ordered the Masterpiece set for my granddaughter for Christmas but unfortunately the Jurassic set arrived. I returned the set and re-ordered only to receive the Jurassic set a second time. I again set about to reorder and return but this time I did make a comment on the return about how frustrating that was. Within a day, I received an email from Chef's Vision apologizing for the mixup indicating an issue with product placement in Amazon's warehouse. Along with the apology came a refund and advice to keep the wrong set. And, because I expressed how I felt this was the perfect gift for my 20 yr old granddaughter who loves the art masters and loves to cook and I worried the gift wouldn't get here in time for Christmas or be the wrong one again, Philip at Chef's Vision is sending me directly a Masterpiece set expedited and free of charge. Top notch customer service. Much appreciated.

I bought this set about 6 years ago and also a set for a gift for friends. First the good: These are a great value and are very sharp and have held their edge all these years. The only bad thing is they have just now started to lose the coating that is the art on them. It's coming off as I cut. It's been all these years of great service and I think they are a good deal for the $$ so I'm ordering a new set today. I have a brand new dishwasher and think it's maybe the culprit so I won't put them in the dishwasher.

I really like the look of these knives, I got the galaxy ones and they beautiful. I like how they feel when holding them they have a nice grip to them and the tang seems to go all the way into the handle which is very nice. The quality of theses knives are great and the price is a plus too. However my only complaint is that they aren’t very sharp and that was disappointing and I’m a little scared to sharpen them, cause it might ruin the finish. But all in all they are great knives and I can’t believe how beautiful they are.

I've hung these knives from a magnetic bar for quick & easy access, and because they are so fun and colorful. They make great decor for a beachside kitchen.Note that each knife can be sharpened by tilting its blade about 30% in relation to the sharpener while running it down so that only the blade's beveled edge touches. It takes a little care, but the burrs from use get knocked off the edge without damaging the coating. (Knives are sharp when they come out of the pack.)Nice coating, very easy to clean by hand, but also dishwasher safe.If putting them up for display on a magnetic bar mounted beneath a cabinet, be sure to measure the longest knife. My husband mounted the bar too high twice, thinking he could "eyeball" it.

This set is vibrant and comes out of the box sharp and ready to use. It is a great value and the designs have held up through regular use, sharpening, and the dishwasher. The packaging also made for a nice presentation, if you are looking to give this as a gift.

They are so beautiful and they are great for cooking. I’ve put them on display in my kitchen and get lots of compliments. They are my only knife set and I use them on the daily. I’ve been using them for a little over a year now and they are still sharp. The enamel has started rubbing off the smaller knife, which is the one I use the most.
