Q: How is it baking bread?

When baking bread, preheat the dutch oven with the lid on in the oven (around 450F). Meanwhile have the bread rising in a bowl, lined with parchment paper. When the dutch oven is preheated and the bread risen to your satisfaction, just lift the bread with the paper and place in the dutch oven. Put on the lid and bake (I bake 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake 10-15 minutes more). No sticking and the bread pops right out of the parchment paper. Also, a bonus is your dutch oven stays very clean, with only a light wash needed.
