I love these things because they are easy to travel with, especial for a busy city gal always on the run, even getting ready in the morning, and they smell lovely. However, they used to be a little softer, so that the tip easily twisted off. Now they are a little harder and some time crack and you have to fish out piece. Unsure what has changed. This kind of makes me just want a pump bottle
