My Doctor suggested I add a B6 supplement for food absorption, and I found these and I love them. They taste great as they dissolve in your mouth.

I started taking these with baby #2 in the first trimester around 10 weeks. I was in and out of the ER and had even been admitted to the hospital. I had HG and it was awful. These B6 melts REALLY work. Since I’ve started them, I haven’t felt very nauseous at all and I’m able to EAT and keep it down. The taste is ok, but my taste buds are really off right now lol it does taste like an orange creamsicle flavor which is not pleasing while pregnant.

I was really excited to find a brand I had actually heard of before while searching for a sublingual form of B6 but these taste so bad I was really disappointed. I don't want to waste them so Im planning to attempt to take them like a normal pill but theyre also quite large so we will see. For those that can get past the taste of these they would be a great option. They dissolve well, especially considering their size.
