I got these after all my pregnancies. It’s great and works the wonder. It definitely helps me to get back to my pre pregnancy look

What I liked: good quality and good support, comfortable, easy to put on & take off.What I didn’t like: As soon as you move the bands shift, bunch up and roll back. Not ideal for breastfeeding either.I love the idea that I can speed up my body getting back to some sort of normal by wearing these, but the reality is if you need to move for any reason the bands roll up and shift about. I have a very active daily routine with three young children and two dogs to look after and I’m constantly moving, bending and twisting. Ive tried to do everything completely straight backed to stop the bands from bunching up but the fact is I’m just on the go too much. If I were just walking with the pram or doing standing activities I think it would be ok. But kneeling, bending, sitting etc is a no no.Sitting down to breastfeed is also really difficult in these and baby doesn’t like having a hard barrier between him and me, (babies normally snuggle in and get comfy but in these it’s like snuggling up against a brick wall!) so if I need to nurse him I have to take the bands off or we are both really uncomfortable.In short these are well made and a great idea, but its dependant on your lifestyle how much wear you’ll be able to get out of them.I’m constantly taking them off and putting them back on, repositioning them and pulling them back down, for me it hasn’t been the best item to invest in.

Absolute God send after my hysterectomy. Various sizes of strapping for gentle or firm support. This band is helping me recover so well. Gives my stomach support without annoying the incision. Helping the swelling go down. Really good constructive support Nice Packaging. *****

Did really work for me ...to much fabric and to big

This product has massively helped with my diastasis recti condition which i have suffered since the birth of my son who is now 4! I took a chance buying this because I’ve had DR so long and this is marketed as more of a post partum recovery aid but it has helped me so much in just 6 weeks! I wear it for about 1hr 30 mins each morning. it’s relieving my symptoms and pain that usually comes on later in the day. It’s changed the shape of my abdominal area although i still have DR but i have not done anything else other than wear this daily for a limited time. I think it is helping to strengthen my muscles and with physio and special tailored exercise couple be a complete game changer i wish i had discovered it years ago!

It works to a point but after a while it starts creasing at the back not holding its shape so can need adjusting a few times while wearing !

Product arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and does the job. Just gave birth so using it to help my back. I liked it so much I ordered another one for a relative who received theirs 2 days ago!
