This item is the truth, grows softens and heals dry cracked skin and has given crazy hair growth for hair lashes and moisturizes and heals eczema skin after one use! This is a nice smelling concentrated but not overwhelming butter I wish they made this in larger jars this is like body hair crack lol

After a very bad perm, a shaved head afterwards I was in the market for healthy hair products. Never will go get a perm again, I scoured the reviews, websites, and found Jane Carter. A little does go a long way. I use a little over a pea size, rub in my palms to liquefy and work through my hair.I ordered the two pack and gave one to my father. He has curly hair. He loves it, he wanted to keep both! He had a hair product years ago that went out of production and had been lost and searching ever since. Now he is smitten by Jane Carter's Nourish and Shine. The smell is wonderful a citrus mango smell that isn't overpowering.In all my mother, daughter and now father are using Jane Carter's Nourish and Shine. Perfect stocking stuffer and it's best to buy the two pack for the savings. You can't go wrong with this product.

Perfect for the winter months! My hair feels much more moisturized in conjunction with a few other things I use to moisture my Natural hair. Everyday application would be a bit much, so I would suggest using it every 2-4 days. The only con I find with this product is that my hair did not instantly feel silky. My hair rather felt a bit dry and took a few days to penetrate. Also I didn't like how it felt like it wasn't enough so I may have used a bit too much and have to lay off this for about 4 days. Oh well live and learn. Otherwise I know I will never be dry again, with in turn means less breakage!!! YAY! Oh, by the way, amazing seller. It's usually 22 dollars each, so I was very happy to see it on sale. Nice delivery time as well!

...this product smells so good that you want to use it just for the scent. It ranks high because it's for skin and hair. I used this product when braiding my hair for a winter protective style and the product felt good while applying. I also used the product to moisture my scalp as it can get excessively dry. It goes in with a sheen that's not greasy. i likie!!! Because I adore the smell, I've also been using it for my skin...elbows, knees, feet areas. Since it's only 4oz, I try to use it conservatively, but a little does go a long way.This product seems to be really great, but I think a little pricey for the size, so that's the only reason why I did not give it 5 stars. I am frugal...

As a new Naturalista, as you may know I have been through several products trying to find one that is good for me. I must admitt, Jane Carter Nourish and shine is a winner for me. I mainly have 4b hair with some 4c areas. This product does exactly as it says. I use it on my twist outs and roller sets and it keeps my hair soft and mositurized. I love the way it makes my hair feel. It can be a bit too heavy so you have to use a small amount as instructed to avoid the buildup and heaviness. My hair soaks up everything so I tend to have to use more. I twist then retwist my hair and the results are always the same, soft and pretty twist/curls! I love the product and will definetly purchase again.

Moisture x3! This product is amazing-the description is right on accurate! My husband even uses it and he's really sensitive to many 'hair' products I use because of the scents. You don't have to be liberal when applying this product, but go easy at first until you figure out the amount that works for you. I initially bought this product from the local health store, and it was well worth my money. You pay for what you get, invest in quality-this product is worth the money. It goes on the hair like oil, tames frizziness (seemingly), and last from about 2 days before having to re-apply. There is no buildup-unless you are a product junkie and pile on products. My hat is off to Jane Carter for creating a product for the whole body.

Many naturals raved about this product so I tried it. It smells HEAVENLY! I could huff it all day. LOL. However, it did nothing for my 4b-c hair. It looked frizzy and dry. The product felt grainy. It worked wonderful for my daughter's 3b hair. Amazing shine, moisture, softness, curly...and that smell. But WAY over priced for that little jar. I give it a 3 for me for the smell alone. I give it a 5 for my daughter so we'll meet in the middle and give it 4 stars. The price is a deal breaker though.

Well I noticed that the size decreased I still had old containers? Product is excellent ! Used many years keeps hair healthy. Price went up but worth every penny
