Akafuji Noren Curtain Tapestry Long Type

Looks wonderful in my stairlanding window. Adds a touch of japan to any room.

The color and size are perfect. My son (whose going through a teen growing up faze) is now into anything Japanese and this was exactly what he had in mind. This curtain allows for the right amount of light to come through, but keeps the room cool and shady.

i used this curtain as a curtain to my closet because i had to take the door off . I wish it was made in longer lengths so to cover the whole doorway but it still looks good anyways

Very pretty and is a nice way to create some separation between my kitchen and living room. I bought it for the striking image and it's longer than most noren curtains for sale here, which I like. A curtain rod is not included, I just got a $2 tension rod from Ikea and it does the job. It does take some time for the creases to fall out, and the design seems like thicker paint than a typical screenprint. If you're looking for an elegant gauzy silky curtain, this ain't it, but it's good for a kitchen. It comes in one piece and you have to cut the threads where it's connected. I have noticed some fraying along the top seam in the center where the rod is inserted, maybe I wasn't supposed to cut the curtains all the way in two...learn from my mistake!!

The curtain is lightweight and see-through. It looks nice overall and the printing is of OK quality.That said, it comes joined together and you have to cut it in half yourself, which will lead to bad looking edge (and it will fray). Soo you've to either sew a seam or burn the edge (without setting your curtain and house on fire please) and that's why it's not that great.On the plus side you can cut it to the height you want.

We took off our door cause of issues with the carpet but we needed something to block out some of the light. This was absolutely perfect for what we needed it to be.

They are see through which is fine for the kitchen door way. I like them because they are long and the lovely pattern.

I blame myself for not reading the reviews more thoroughly. If this is nothing but a decorative piece for a doorway, then it's perfectly fine. However, the rubbery material is very porous and allows more light through than I am comfortable with. It's useless as a privacy curtain if the interior room light it on.
