Bach Rescue Remedy Pastilles, Black Currant, 1.7 oz (Pack of 4)

I live on these. I seriously go through about 2 cans a week. I'm in a field where I have to speak in front of a large group of people just about every day and these make me better at public speaking. I don't care what anybody says, even the best public speakers are still uncomfortable in front of a captive audience. These aren't a cure all but they make me feel more comfortable, and to me that's easily worth the investment. The best way I can describe it is: "it's like the prettiest girl at a party. You notice when she's there but you never have any direct contact with her." That's how these work. They won't make you feel different per se, but you will notice.

I have used these little pastilles (and many other stress remedies) for a couple years now. These pastilles actually calm me down when I feel an anxiety attack coming on. Nothing else I have tried works at all. I will continue to order these as long as they are available. A lot of people have commented that they don't like the black currant flavor; I really do like it. The other flavors do not interest me. I recommend trying these pastilles to anyone who is subject to panic attacks. At least they do work for me.

This is one of the best natural products on the market to help cope with anxiety. My teenage daughter, who has a severe phobia, always has Bach's Pastilles on hand. I use them on occasion and have recommended them to numerous people. Everyone says they work well, which has been our experience. We order them by the dozen and had to get used to the Black Currant flavor, but once we did, they were fine. All flavors have the same amazing, calming affect. HIGHLY recommended.

Although we have used these products before I had never orders the elderberry flavor but it seemed to be popular. When I used them the first time in my office mid-day my office mates started sniffing around saying something smelled like cat pee. I had them smell the tin of pastilles and at first they didn’t think it was that. I still had one in my mouth and left the room for a minute. When I came back my office mate said “yes it’s definitely that.” Unfortunately I had already orders a 3 pack and accidentally double ordered so I have six!! I’m not sure whether to warn my son who I have one tin to since that would increase his anxiety about taking them or hope his classmates don’t think it smells like my office mates did.

Yes my child snuck into the diaper bag and ate too many. perhaps you think these are a phoney baloney placebo? Nay, instant nap time, zero risk of poisoning. I love bach products. These do the trick in church every time.
