I love this bookWe used it to help research our trip them as a travel guide as we drove the Mother Road.There were a couple of geographic errors, perhaps the author used a secondary source for a couple of sections, but it was amazing to compare the pictures in the book to what we saw in front of us over a distance of 3000 miles.

The book has a lot of great information on Route 66 and the ghost towns. Invoked a few god memories & encouraged another holiday to see stuff we didn’t know about before.

This book made me travel in a time when travel are forbidden.I was always fascinated by Route 66 and the great photos brought me there.An excellent book, well written and fascinating.Highly recommended.Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine
