Great book
This book came out around the same time I started my running journey, and I wish I had gotten it then. I find Randy’s writing very entertaining. He shares his knowledge while sharing his stories, and I enjoy that. I recommend it.

Randy's book has something for runners at all levels There is practical advice for beginners as well as as motivational thoughts for the lifers. Good read as written for daily motivation or straight through

A runner's best friend
Get this book! Nothing gets you out for your daily run better than encouragement from a friend. This book is perfect for any level runner because it provides that positive, motivational push sometimes needed to get your butt out the door - and who hasn't had those days? I never regret getting a run in and Randy's encouraging words are sometimes that one thing that helps me get my shoes on and get going. I'm trying to get back on track after an injury and two years out of practice. This book gives me that extra daily push to remind me that this is possible! Thank you, Randy!

Great running inspiration
I know Randy from running but didn't buy the book because of this. I bought as gifts and for myself as Randy has a great daily look at running...and honesty. Because some days you really just don't feel like it!

Amazing book!!
AMAZING BOOK!!!!! :)First, I know the author Randy Step! He is a runner and race director for Running Fit. I am friends with him, and he is a great guy. Very inspiring person, so naturally his book is inspiring. I've had the privilege of running several of his races over the years too..His book is fantastic!! If you need motivation or advice, this is it! It will definitely capture your interest and make you feel like you are a great runner, because Randy believes that all runners are awesome. Seriously, buy this book!! :)

If you run… you got to read Randy daily memo! Lots of fun.
This is a masterpiece for runners of all levels! I have the pleasure of running the same trails that Randy mention in his book. Of course can relate to his daily dose of motivation. It is been my daily check-in with the head goat! I read it every day for the last 365 days. Now heading out the door!

Fun Run Read for Motivation!
Purchased for myself and as gifts for running friends. All were excited to get this book!! Whether you are a runner, walker, biker, etc; this book will give you that push to get out the door and be active. You never regret a good run, but sometimes just finding that mental push is needed. This book is fun and light hearted. An easy read from a guru runner. Now stop reading this review and get your butt out the door!
