Professional 30cm 2.9L Stainless Steel Shallow Frying Pan with Tri-ply Bottom

Just after one month normal use, started developing holes in it. Don't know what kind of steel they used in it. Not seen any other steel utensils developing holes like it.

To big, you need a room to store it. And separate burner to use it.

Ne pas oublier de culotter la poele, bien la nettoyer avant utilisation et passer de l'huile avec un sopalin dedans avant de la faire monter doucement en température. Si après lavage votre poele devient bleue, prendre un peu de vinaigre blanc dilué et frotter avec une éponge non abrasive. Rincer, secher et votre poele est comme neuve.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Tramontina Professional Stainless Steel 30 cm Frying Pan! Tired of constantly replacing nonstick pans, I wanted something that would last longer and this pan definitely fits the bill. While it does take some time to master the seasoning process with olive oil or butter and the water bead test, it is well worth the effort. I have no doubt that this pan will last me a lifetime.
