Sieve works great. I used it mostly to wash/rinse rice before I cook it. It's perfect. It is a little hard to clean, but a great addition to any kitchen. 4/5

Sturdy Strainers
I was not sure how sturdy they would be since they had mesh strainer, and I needed some thing that was fine enough to be able to use with nut, milks, and other things like jams, jellies or sauces that need to be strained of lumps, and this handles the high heat coming off of the stove at a simmer, and being able to start to save things through have not had an issue cleaning it although I do with anything I strain, I set the strainer in a bowl of warm water and let it set my finish the rest of my projects with them when I'm done I it washes off. If there's something that does linger I use a rubber spatula, but I have not had to do that with these.

Fit the bill
