Just add a note that its more for adults than for kids .. its too loose for thin ankles. But for adults with fully developed structure it would be a very good and economical buy.

I got two pairs of these, one for my ankles and one for my wrists to do wrestling movement drills. These fit my wrists perfectly, but they have about a 3” gap on my ankles. They work fine, I just have to put them on my foot and have the gap over my heel. A good option and well constructed, overall.

I replaced my previous ankle weights with these ones and I'm very happy I did. They have strong velcro straps that are long so they can become secured well around the ankle allowing them to stay in place. They have a good amount of weight to them so I get a good workout with them. They are easy to strap on and off. I've used them for 3 years now without any issue. They have held up well and I will have several more years of use out of them.
