Would not recommend
The quality of the product itself isn’t terrible, but definitely lower than I expected. These are essentially thick plastic bags filled with liquid. I don’t like the fact that once frozen they swell up and completely lose their shape. Otherwise it alright I guess. Also, not impressed with the fact that now when I want to return the item, seller expects me to pay for international return shipping. Not sure if I’ll be shipping it back at this point. May not be worth the money. In retrospect, wasn’t as good of a purchase. Purchased Rubbermaid Lunchblox kit instead that came with a much nicer ice pack and several great quality containers.

Heavy, thick, not durable
These are very thick so not good for kids lunch boxes (take up a ton of space). I started using them for our big cooler when going to the beach/pool and they do last (stay frozen for a few hours) and I’m sure that’s because they’re so thick. They sweat a lot though so I usually have to wrap them in a paper towel. One has already started leaking (can’t find the puncture but it leaked when thawing in the cooler and when I was looking for the hole I could hear air coming out when pressed). I will continue to use the other 3 until they bust but only because it’s like a block of ice so it lasts. But also like a block of ice, very heavy and very bulky and messy. I prefer the thin lunchbox size ice packs.

Works for us
Ordered these to put in my 5 year-old son's Wildkin lunch bag, which appears to be the standard size lunch bag these days. I wish they were thinner, as others have commented, but it hasn't been an issue. I put one in the pocket, right up against a Sistema box, and it closes just fine. He says it keeps his food cold until lunch, which is about 4 hours, maybe more. There is a little condensation by the end of the day, but it's not bad, and it doesn't seem to get anything else wet. Overall, we're satisfied. The designs are super cute.

Mildly disappointing
The designs are super cute and they freeze well. My disappointment is with the way they freeze in a big lump, that is completely unmalleable. It makes packing a lunchbox awkward.

Good ice packs
The ice packs are good and work well. My only complaint is that the package of robots and spaceships is labeled as “boys”. . . Haven’t we got past that. I’m a 35 year old woman and bought them for myself.
