I bought and returned a few lumbar pillows.They were too bulky and had me sitting too forward on the edge of the seat. This pillow hangs down and is perfect. It’s not bulky. It’s soft and molds to your back. Some complaints were that you can’t adjust the height where it hangs. Ok simple solution, just make a knot on both elastic straps toward the top, and adjust it by pulling and tightening the knot. I did this until I felt comfortable with it and the original height without the knots.I recommend it highly.

Got this for my dad who needs lumbar support. He uses this on road trips, as well as for lounging around the house.He says his back feels much better already.

funciona muy bien, no es el esteticamente más bonito y hay que entender en donde te funciona a ti en lo personal para sentir el apoyo en la espalda de manera que puedas manejar las horas sin sentir dolor. En mi caso, mi vehiculo tenia muy poco apoyo lumbar y este producto realmente me hizo la diferencia. Ya lo he recomendado un par de veces a amigos y familiares... los broches o piezas de plastico que tiene para fijar el cojin en el asiento para mi gusto estan de mas, es decir no tienen mucho caso pero lo menos para mi caso.

contrary to other reviews, it is a little too wide for the shape of my car seat thus making the curvature a little too pronounced, I'm sure it will soften and sag with time though, will fit better then. all good though.

I tried multiple pillows for my back. This one was the best I found.It has flattened out to the point it's not getting it original shape back, but it still is better than having nothing to support my low back.
