Dramatic difference in static to my records.
I was using the stock rubber mat, and it was giving me an incredible amount of static. This paper mat has reduced it dramatically. Very happy with this product.

Surprising clarity.
Adds a surprising level of clarity to my system. Hard to believe from what appears to be fancy paper.Added this to my 70's Pioneer PL-50 TT run through a Tisbury Audio Domino phono stage and a Denon AVR-X3550H on pure direct setting, and Definitive Technology Mythos One speakers. Solidly mid-fi system that shades towards clean as opposed to warm.Compared to an OYAIDE BR-12 turntable mat (excellent in a different way and far more expensive) and a Hudson Hi-Fi CoRkErY2 (bass-heavy and muddy to my old ears), it provided surprising clarity. Bass is punchy. If there's a drawback, this mat won't do any favors to bad recordings or poorly maintained records. Everything is laid bare.Music:Phil Collins - Sussddio' s horns ring clear, and the bass is punchy.Soul II Soul - Back to Life (acapella) leading in Jazzie's Groove. Vocals and placement are superb.Jesus Christ Superstar - Every singer/instrument is easily placed on the stage, and the L-R channel separation is the best of mats I've used.As with everything related to vinyl playback, it's all subjective, and each component matters. YMMV.

It works
Honestly. I figured this was more audio snake oil. A youtube reviewer briefly mentioned this as an alternative to the 7 trillion dollar one he was using. There is so much static in my house. Cork mats stuck to my vinyl. Rubber... I think I tried a few. This mat reduced my static by nearly 95%. Very rarely do my records stick to it and if they do it's very minimal. I will never go through the process of washing the record or whatever else one can do to get rid of static. This mat is a quick fix that is good enough and worth the cost.. I couldnt be happier.

Amazing Results in reducing static buildup on my Rega P8
I received mine a few days agoand after doing a good amount of spinning since then I can unequivocally state that static cling on my records has entirely disappeared. For $30 USD this is unbelievable. I won't comment on any possible sonic differences as that was not the intent of my purchase, but I can say it doesn't sound any worse than Rega felt, Pro-Ject Cork mat and the vaunted Funkfirm Achromat. The intent was to remove static and stop records from clinging to the mat after removal and in that respect it completely does the job. Very pleased with this purchase and I don't feel ripped off like I did after getting and using the Funkfirm Achromat.

No more static.
My static problem disappeared. If you have static issues with every LP this will solve the issue. That’s it. A good investment if you love vinyl.

Removes static significantly!
Works as promised and helps to eliminate a significant amount of static. Each side sounds slightly different, as in different degrees of removing some edge or harshness in the upper mids. An excellent product.
