Yes. After i derma roll my face, i use vitamin c serum and also cacay oil--have been doing this for 6 months now with good results!

I wouldn't wear anything else with this oil, but if you need to, oils and serums all go on before moisturizer, morning and night. moisturizer should be the last thing on the skin.
