I don’t know; Sam’s Club ditched us where we live (yes, a bit bitter still). They hold the standard size 9” edge to edge paper plates sold at Costco though. Hope this helps.

Q: are these made in USA?

I'm not sure where they were made but don't buy them. Mine are falling apart. They are very loose woven and all the ends are coming apart. They snag on everything.

Q: How do you clean them, spills leaks or kids hands?

Don’t buy these. They give you small splinters that burn. We threw them away.
