This stuff works really well as a deodorant. It is the best I have ever tried. You put a tiny amount in the palm in your hand maybe the size of a nickel and apply a little under each arm. Give it a minute or two to dry. It does not leave stains on clothes, I plan to see if I have an empty roll-on container that I can place this in or get a small jar with a scre top lid so I can carry a small amount. I had recently ordered a 3 pk of natural deodorant and I really was hoping it would work. I had tried more than one store-bought natural deodorant was not really impressed. I would make my own and they last a while and then I’d have to reapply them within a couple hours. I had read that milk of magnesia could be used under the arms. I was like what? I tried the sniff test several times no odor. After 24 hours still no odor. Two hours later very faint odor. In the past, I made my own homemade deodorant, but that only only lasted so long also. I then had my girlfriend’s boyfriend try it. Turned out he was using the same natural deodorant and having to reapply it often 24 hours later I asked him how’s it going and he said still no odor and he had not put new deodorant on. I used Phillips milk of magnesia. Just make sure you get an original and unscented milk of magnesia. I’m sure there’s different brands. do your own research and check ingredients.

This is one very amazing product. It is the same formula that my mother grew up with. I use it nowadays as a deodorant. Yes it can be used that way and works great. People used to use various things when deodorant companies didn't exist. Magnesium is good for the body. It is a catalyst for activating enzymes in the body. I know one person who uses this and is in her 80's. She is really sharp on the memory and better in thinking fast than people half her age. I think her magnesium "deodorant" is helping her. I find this works for leg spasms and just to enhance my body's need for magnesium. If you read books about magnesium and how incredible it is, you'll find it aids with asthma and anything related to inflammation, etc. When you put this on your skin, your skin will absorb what it needs. You then just wash the white stuff left on your skin with plain water. The company does not advocate this, I just experimented and discovered what an economical easy way to get magnesium into your body. It is plain magnesium. Drinking it is for constipation and yes it will help that but what I am talking about is using it externally and boy does it have some serious magic to it. Take a look at books that talk about the power of magnesium or what low levels of magnesium can do to the body. Raise the magnesium level on your body and suddenly problems you have been dealing with are suddenly not so challenging. It is very interesting stuff and even more amazing that this product helps with magnesium shortages. I started out trying it as a deodorant and then realized it could help my leg spasms that I got at times. I sleep so much better since starting this idea. One caution though, use it in the morning and not at night. It will keep you awake at night if you hit yourself with it then. After exercising, hit your legs with this stuff. Just try it for a day or two and see what it does for you. Amazing stuff. Highly recommended.

Very good product!

I had a chronic constipation that lasted for almost 3 months after a hernia surgery... This is the only thing that worked for me... My advice, don't take it before bedtime if you have a tough constipation like the one I had, it will give you a painful cramps in the morning.
