unfortunately the lid mechanism is poorly build, the metallic part comes apart form the inner plastic as it has little to glue them together and after a while you see the inner part of the lid sticking to flask and has to be carefully detached by slipping something under the plastic O ring. and the overall after couple of months I had to stop using it! also only capable to keep the drinks warm for max of -5 hours due to the fault in design build of the Lid that constantly conduct the heat out as the metallic parts all interconnected with little insulation. Overall its not the worse product in the market as I have tried alot but I would not buy it if you planning to use it everyday like me! for one off use it will do the job and I guess it looks pretty.

After brewing tea, the lid came apart when I tried to open it. See video. I made several attempts tightening and loosening the lid but the bottom of it would not come away from the tumbler. It's certainly leak proof. You can't get the tea out at all!

I bought this flask after my trusty old one finally gave up.After reading the reviews I decided to give this flask a try.It was delivered on the weekend, I started using it on the Monday it is now Thursday and it has already broken!!!In the picture you can see the inside of the lid gets stuck to the flask opening. You need a knife to prise it open again.The flask feels cheaply made and no where near as robust as my old flask. Shout out to other customers do not buy this flask! You will be wasting your money!

This bottle is really good at insulating and is ideal for traveling because there isn't any glass to shatter if you drop it however the infuser has space between the lid allowing it to shift around while carrying the bottle and it doesn't clip in very securely. The bamboo part also slid right off as I was opening it so now I have to lift the bottle out of it and grip the bear metal to open the lid otherwise it just spins around.It was however a good price but they should do a better job attaching the bamboo part. I'll probably end up removing the rest of the glue and painting mine so I don't have to deal with it again.

En premier lieu cet infuseur est génial. Garde bien au chaud, on ne se brûle pas. Fait très bien son job. Cependant après 4 mois d'utilisation quasi journalière il y a des soucis avec le bouchon le joint s'enlève (pas évident a remettre mais faisable) mais la partie aluminium du bouchon s'enlève de sa base plastique et là c'est le drame... la partie métallique reste bloqué par le joint à cause de la pression. La bouteille n'est plus utilisable. Dommage....
