My trusty sieve, given to me by a friend around 13 years ago, finally broke at the handle. I needed a new sieve, maybe with a stronger join to protect it from careless handling. And that is why we are here.Secured with three pins and a solid handle, this might be the sieve that stays with me for the rest of my cooking life. I may someday pass it on to my daughter who sleeps in my arms while I carefully type out this review. Or maybe not, who knows what the future holds...It terms of sieving function, that's what we're here for, and that's where this sieve delivers. Sieving flour? I got no time for that. But could this sieve handle it? Probably. Perhaps you need to drain a small portion of pasta or vegetables, but your colinder is preoccupied elsewhere (Yeah, it's in the sink cos you didn't wash it yet). Draining rice after washing? This sieve is where it truly shines. I won't judge you if you don't wash your rice. But if you're gonna cook for me, at least offer me the decency of letting me cook the rice.So that's it. In summary, Pros: It's a sieve that works, sturdy handle, not expensive. Cons: The shop will email you a few times asking you to review it. Come on guys, it's a sieve. What do you want me to say? Buy one, get on with your life, even if that includes you spending a sleep-deprived half-hour writing some weird narrative on Amazong reviews.

Great quality and sturdy. No problem’s cleaning it in the dishwasher.

Quite happy with the product, those when rinsing rice, the grains get caught along the edge of the metal rim. Apart from that slight issue, sturdy sieve

I bought this product months ago, still in great condition and very strong handle easy to hold and clean.

handle is just tiny little spot welded..... for this money i expected it to be rivetted. Don't expect it to last long couldn't be bothered to return it
