EISCO Reagent Bottle, 250ml - Transparent with Blue Screw Cap White Graduations Borosilicate 3.3 Glass Labs

I ordered this reagent bottle from EISCO for nonindustrial/nonscientific purposes. So I don't know how the glass and cap performs with an autoclave, etc. I wanted a good quality 250 ml glass container with measurement markings that pours liquid well and has a secure lid. For storing and dispensing my DIY herbal tonics, it is nearly perfect. I took off 1 star because the manufacturer doesn't appear to provide replacement drip-free pouring rings, which would give this particular bottle more long-term usefulness. I normally like to reuse bottles from various food products I buy. I am willing to spend so much on this glass bottle because of the greater durability and heat tolerance of the Borosilicate 3.3 Glass. For dispensing, the pouring ring helps a lot. I also appreciate that the lid is standard GL45, and can easily be replaced.Other older reviews seem to be about a different product, because the bottle I received was made of thick, durable glass.

Little bit thin, but dishwasher safe.

This glass bottle is very thin glass and very easy to crack. Don't buy it.

I ordered this bottle for my kitchen. It is sturdy borosilicate glass with graduations. We love to make our own dressings, especially vinaigrettes. The graduations eliminate guesswork. Many require shaking the contents and this bottle is the right size for that purpose. This bottle is easy to clean and can be refrigerated.
