this clay is malleable and moist, it stays soft with just a bit of water, it drys well, but can become fragile if not molded well

I got this clay for my young son who has been into making clay “monsters” for the past year…he’s seen all the different creators on YouTube and has gone through Supersculpey, monsterclay, Cosclay and plastilina…he’s been watching an old show on tv called “making monsters” and they use WED clay…unlike the above mentioned polymer clays, it does dry out so you have to cover it when not in use, but is also a lot cheaper in price…it’s nice and maleable, easy to sculpt but be advise it does get messy! It’s recommended for older individuals but if your child is used to working with real clay and doesn’t put it in his/her mouth, go ahead and try it.
