MIU Fish Spatula Stainless Steel, Flexible, Polished Metal, Corrosion Resistant, Kitchen Slotted Turner [Upgraded Version]

This is a review for a MIU 11 inch fish spatula. Ironically I have not used this for cooking and flipping fish yet, but have used it for scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fritatta baked in cast iron, burgers, baked goods and a lasagna ( cutting and lifting out of a baking dish) and it works perfectly for all of these tasks. This spatula is the perfect balance of firm yet flexible. The handle is approx. 4.5 inches and this is a kitchen tool I would add to my 'must have' list. Out went all of my thick plastic spatulas and heavy awkward metal ones too. I primarily cook with stainless, cast iron and glass cookware and this spatula performs flawlessly with all of them. I am guessing it could work with a nonstick frypan because it is lightweight which would allow a delicate touch. Overall this spatula is well built, flexible, with all smooth edges and can be easily hand washed or put safely in the dishwasher. I highly recommend.

Good quality. Nice clean look. Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Cleans up easily. Have put in dishwasher without any problems. Small handle with easy grip so easy to use .

I got this product when I was working as a chef and it worked great for daily use. The handle is a great size to be able to maneuver the spatula with fish or other foods. Highly recommend for either commercial or personal use!

I needed a thin spatula to get under my eggs when cooking fried eggs. I saw this one and it had good reviews so I ordered one. There's the debate whether it's made in China or France, I don't know. Mine is not marked. The metal portion is of a good quality, springy stainless steel. It's thin so it gets under things well but it's not very wide, so you're not going to want this to flip big pancakes. The handle is basic black plastic and will melt in a hurry if you leave it laying in the pan with the handle resting on the rim of the pan (ask me how I know that) The only negative issue I have had, the edge seems to be rough as it put scratches in my brand new stainless steel skillet, and I was trying to be careful. Other than that I really like it. Really helps with flipping those fried eggs and hashbrowns.[...]

This spatula has become one of our favorite cooking utensils. Works for almost everything! Good quality and “feel”.

If looking for a fish spat this is the one. heavy duty handle with nice light thin tip to get under food.

Saw this on a cooking show that has a segment on rating products against each other. They were right. It is perfect. Just the right amount of flex in the metal. Got the smaller size and no issue with length of handle. Best flipper ever bought! And NOT just for fish.

Now this is a Spatula. It is even good enough for smash burgers.
