It’s 20 inches long. My 3 year old loves it! It does come apart a little easy but it’s easy to put back together. And I had to super glue a little knob that he broke but I mean what do you expect he’s a 3 yr old! I think it’s a great toy for the price!!

Hi Dan C. To reset your toy, please use the instructions provided in our original message. Please change all of the batteries with new alkaline batteries. Once the batteries have been changed, Press the On/Off button on the bottom of the snake to turn the toy on. Keep the remote pointed toward the snake while in use. If the Boa has been used on carpet, please ensure that carpet fibers and hair have not become stuck in the wheel mechanism. The toy works best when not in bright light. Please do not use outdoors or in direct sunlight.
