Sweet after-tone
I’m a Chinese, and this tastes exactly like any Chinese tea—yes it’s bitter but you will get the sweetness right after the bitterness, which stays very long on the tongue, and it feels good, good in another way compare to Japanese matcha. I recommend drink it directly rather than serve latte in order to get that sweetness.

Amazing Matcha for a great price
Ive tried a few matcha brands and this is the best one i’ve had! The taste, smell, texture, color are all a 10/10! The price is good for the amount of powder that comes in the bag, which is a lot! Definitely recommend!! :)

perfect for BAKING
you get a LOT of matcha in the bag. And most recipes only call for tablespoons at a time so you can get a lot of milage from it. Its nice quality, could be better but for the price it's pretty good. Very bright green and fragrant when you first open it, which is great.also, this is CULINARY grade matcha. it is NOT for drinking. culinary grade is of "lower" quality than ceremonial grade matcha, which is what is used in drinks. so it has a grasser flavor profile and not as sweet as other matchas, but that's how it should be for culinary grade matcha

A bit darker and bitter, good Energy Tea
This Matcha Tea arrived well-packaged and in good Condition. It's easy to prepare. The Color is darker than what I'm used to at Starbucks. The Taste is also a bit bitter and stronger, which may have added to my Gastritis. But, overall, it's a decent and affordable Matcha Tea that still gives you Energy.

Best matcha powder by far!
I really like this powder. I have been drinking it daily and have noticed helping my gut. This tea has many benefits and I highly recommend it. I make my own iced matcha latte at home with almond milk (although it’s very earthy tasting) I feel the less sugar it has, the better the effect is. Definitely recommend this!

Tastes bitter, low-quality, and ashy
I tried to cheap out on matcha for money reasons, and I've paid the price. I will now be digging myself out of this waste of money by the teaspoon until it's all gone. If you end up like me and hate it, I'd recommend trying to find some way to turn this into a baking item, to take up larger amounts. Or, if you're less guilt ridden about tossing technically edible food, throw it out. But I can almost guarantee that if you've tasted any green tea before you'll know the difference between good and bad, then realize this purchase is a waste of money.Even with larger amounts of honey, agave, syrups, milk, cream — 5 grams of the stuff is vile. And yes, I've brewed at low temperatures, I've used completely cool water, I've used hot water, I've used tap and well-filtered. Literally. Nothing. Improves it.Don't make my mistake and let this low quality matcha cling to your palette. Avoid!

Wry good!
The only matcha I buy for our lattes and smoothies. Great flavor and its quality. Never bitter and always smooth.
