I know everyone is differnet and I have tried several natural pills for my gout and none have worked. Gout will put you down hard and if you have had it you understand. These cherry extract capsules have worked for me. My foot pain is gone. It's not just the gout flare ups but I always seemed to have some pain. It is all gone. I would recommend trying these. It's a cheap risk.

Yes so far my gout has not returned and my Uric Acid levels have been lower.

I have never had gout in my life, but my dad suffered from it and my son currently suffers from it and is on a maintenance medication, but I was shocked when I learned I had it, I did not have the usually symptoms of the pain and swelling in any of my toes, I already have arthritis in my knees so I assumed my pain in that area was just due to that, my symptoms were more in my shoulder and arm. I had a torn rotator cuff and underwent surgery in March for repair, but my progression was not going well, and I was having a lot of pain, after going to my primary care doctor for my regular physical my blood work came back showing my uric acid levels 7.9 he put me Colchicine. I am not big on taking medication especially ones that can damage your liver and kidneys if taken long term. So I looked for alternatives to help me maintain my gout and came across Gout and You and I have been using it for two weeks now and I have had no flare ups. I love the free book that came with it, it has helped me understand the condition a lot more and I love all the recipes because they are simple and things I already eat now.

Bought this for my son who has recurring episodes of gout. He seems to be doing okay after using the first lot so have gone on and bought him a second. Hopefully this is what he needed to keep it at bay.

I have had muscle stiffness for years, my first gout attack in Dec '20, and had sore, swollen joints (elbow, ankles, shoulder) pretty much on an ongoing basis since the attack. Blood test showed that I have managed to take my UA from 8.0 mg/dL to 5 mg/dL through diet and weight loss. And yet, I still had another gout attack (post Covid shot) ... and I continued to feel stiff, sore all over. I bought some of this Tart Cherry supplement as a last resort, not expecting any results (I have also had no luck with glucosamine, turmeric, ibuprofen after several months of trying). The night the Tart Cherry pills arrived, I took two pills with an advil before bed. Within 1hr I felt a tingling, relaxing feeling in my achey elbow... it felt like whatever was messed up in there finally started releasing. Over the next 4 days (I am on day 5 today) I have been taking 2 pills morning and 2 at night... and I have experienced a remarkable change. Today I woke up and wasn't stiff for the first time in years. My elbow continues to feel like it is healing. My swollen, sore ankle is normal. I have no idea wth is going on. I can't figure out why I am having such a dramatic and positive response to the tart cherry. The science doesn't support this as far as I can tell... This stuff is definitely doing something for me in a significant way. I hope it continues to work and that the effect is permanent! So far: Wow!
