eBoot 260m 150D 1 mm Leather Sewing Waxed Thread Cord for Leather Craft DIY (Black)

This cord is perfect for making my Scottish sgian dubh scabbards. It is either really lightly waxed, or not waxed, but it is plenty slick to pass through the holes very well. It threads into a needle very easily. I have no complaints about this 1MM cord. I prefer it to the Tandy cord I was buying before. I use it in a saddle stitch on drilled leather. I can't speak to the durability, but it seems strong and finely woven.

Update- I apologize. This is actually waxed. I was incorrect at first. This is excellent thread and actually I like it more than others I've used because the holes I am saddle stitching through don't gunk up from wax on the first pass through with the thread. Worth the price, but not what I would use for my leatherwork. Better threads cost around $80 for the same size.Strong, tight, but almost no wax on it.I will be using this for discounted/free leather products, but not on my regular retail products.

The string that comes with sew on steering wheel cover. To do a proper job you really need more than what comes in the standard kit and it's also great to have extra to practice with. I perfer to make a complete loop around both side filling every hole around the edges . This allows you the ability to then zigzag oor cross stitch the cover to the wheel. Do whatever works best for you. Don't be afraid to rip it out and start over again

Works nicely to sew suede, leather and thick fabrics. It is durable so it won't rip. If you're looking for strong thread, look no further. This is it! Highly recommend!

Very high quality. I have used it several times and am pleased. Can fray if you use dull scissors, but that's expected. The strength is satisfactory. I have used it on boots, backpacks, and nylon straps so far and it is holding well, not fading and performing as desired.

Don't know about the durability, but this is tough, pleasantly stiff, well waxed, and nice looking. It fits fine in a standard size O needle eye, and appears very consistent. The price is right.

Good stuff so far. Easy to cut, make flat and lock on the needle for leather work. I also use this for other crafts that aren't leather as well. It's not gunky or cheap quality. It's strong and performs as it should. Better than anything you can find at Hobby Lobby or Michael's.Would buy again.
