My 2nd time purchasing, taste is super no after-taste bitterness, mild flavor of chocolate make it perfect. Blood sugar checked 1 hour and 2 hours while adding in low fat milk and banana, no sugar spike, max spike of 28 points of sugar machine. I can clearly see muscles growing, of course you need to use it after intensive workout then it will show you results. The soreness of muscles after exercise can b easily improved. This Isopure Dutch Chocolate protein powder is exceptionally neutral in taste, in a good way! It's just enough chocolate that it isn't overpowering, and you really don't taste the nasty protein powder flavor. I have found that if I want to make it more dessert-like, I can, but I can also easily add it to healthier-tasting smoothies without it overpowering the flavor. I have even just mixed it with coconut milk, a shot of espresso, and ice, and I like it. I am so happy I found this bc every time I purchase protein powder, it goes unused and gets tossed bc it just isn't palatable. I love it!

Watery, gritty and a tastes a little like if you had tried to dissolve pulverised multivites in water. Not in a good way. Maybe expectations too high for first time protein powder drinker.

Does what it is supposed to, and isopure is not on the list of protein powders with elevated lead - safe lead content is reassuring and very high protein content. I mix my protein powders with water. It tastes chalky and isn't good on its own. I one scoop of this with a couple scoops of another brand that is less chalky and it does well as the second of two powders, but I wouldn't enjoy drinking it on its own with water. I use a shaker bottle with a metal shaker and it blends just fine. Other reviewers have said it's good with a soy or plant milk blend.

I very much like this protein powder. I can taste the fake aspartame sugar added to these low / zero carb protein powders, meals, bars, shakes etc from a mile away. Not this one. I bought the vanilla because it’s my favorite flavor. It’s delicious. I mix it with almond milk. Very yummy!

Great taste and only slightly sweet. Tried mixing into my coffee for a protein mocha but it clumped up really bad so not good hot. Cold mocha coffee worked much better but I used a blender for that.
