Life saver for anxiety
I genuinely cried after taking this supplement for the first time ..I was not fidgeting anymore nor qas my anxiety spiking up. I've never felt so calm in my life .i dont start overthinking before i sleep , my mind calms easily.It didn't take away every problem I have but it indeed improve my mood and life quality ❤️

Unfortunately, I didn't feel the zen Theanine is supposed to provide. I suggest sticking to regular strong tea.

2つ購入しました。 集中力を高める本を読んでいるとテアニンとカフェインのセットで更に高まるとのことと夜に飲むとリラックスし疲れがとれるメリットがあるとのことで実験的に導入しました。 約1ヶ月ほど使用しました。 集中力の方に関しては機会は少なかったので、よくわかっていません。 夜寝る前に飲むと確かに寝に落ちる時間は早まったように感じます。 朝も目覚めもよい。 寝に落ちる感覚はメラトニンサプリの方が早いがメラトニンは寝起のだるさが残るので、その点に関してはこちらの方が使いやすい。 早くお寝付きたい場合はメラトニンでゆったり寝に落ちたい際はテアニンと使い分けると良いと感じた。
