This product is well designed and seems durable. I like the tubular gooseneck that easily adjusts position and I like the charging port for cell phones. I got this mainly for a reading light in bed and also for writing or drawing and it certainly is bright enough for those activities. It was easy to install as described. I opted for the screws as I have found sticky backing usually gives out over time and ends up tearing paint off the wall too.Here's a few details that others may want to be aware of. This is a great reading light, but even with 5 levels of brightness, it doesn't adjust to a low enough light level for a soothing ambiance. It seems to me that this is common for LED fixtures as my new ceiling light claims the same "dimming" feature and it's still too bright at the lowest setting. So if you want it strictly for function, it's a fantastic light, but definitely not for a romantic "tea time" sharing. Also if you want it for reading with a partner sleeping next to you, it is still too broad and bright to allow a person beside you to not be disturbed. I have seen other reading lights that have a narrower focus and would be more discreet for reading in a shared bed. It's great for me for the stated activities, especially for drawing because a narrower beam might be too confined, but I will seek another light source for creating ambiance. Also the warm/cool light features are pretty blue or rather a bright white but not a warm amber appearance. I guess you could say it's warmer than florescent lights so that is good.I'd give it 5 stars except that it claims to be dimmable and to illuminate a restricted area and that to me is exaggerated for my expectations, but it is a well designed bright functional piece, so overall a good purchase if you aren't looking for too much versatility.Oh one one other feature I would suggest the manufacturer to tweak, is the control button. It's a touch control that's indicated only by an icon. If a person wants to turn the light on in the dark, there's no way to find the switch. It needs a little dimple or bump so you can feel where the switch is. The current switch is perfectly flush with the smooth base. I have to use my cellphone light sometimes to find it at night.

We've only just installed these lights, but so far we are really liking them. They were easy to install, although, the screws that were sent to attach the mounting bracket were pretty useless for the wood we mounted to. They may be fine for mounting to a different surface or different type of wood.They are really bright. The dimming feature is easy to adjust. I found that there is no need to have to touch the power switch right on the button. I just need to hold my hand across the top face where the button is located. Repeated touches works the dimming function. A long touch turns the light off. The flexible ‘neck’ is perfect. It’s easy to position, yet stiff enough to stay where I want it. They are slim and nice enough looking that they don't look out of place beside our reading chairs. Like most of these types of things, the plug is the power 'adapter', so is larger than a standard 2-prong plug. However, it is small enough to be able to plug both lights into the same outlet, or if only plugging one into the outlet, there is enough room to still be able to plug in a regular plug. As long as it seems that this is how everything seems to be these days, I'm glad it's small enough to to block the entire outlet.

These were easy to install and are very bright. My only complaint is the power button is flush with the wall mounted piece, so it's tough to feel in the dark. Also, I wish it had a variety of light tones. It can be bright or dimmed, but it's always a bluish white light. However, the bendable arm is great for reading.

It's brighter than I thought it would be. Convenient plug for anything that needs to charge. Great for dorm room or bed room. Really for any small space that needs a light.

Love that its bright, that it has multiple settings and that you can also charge your phone with it. But im having a hard time getting it to staying stuck on the wall. The sticky adhesive isnt strong enough. I tried using command strips instead, and found them today peeling off the back today. I think because it is quite heavy. I decided to superglue the command hook to the back of the product. We’ll see if that helps 😅

This is the perfect reading light! I enjoy reading in bed and the light has been disrupting my husband’s sleep so purchased this to help. The light spotlights the page your on and does not illuminate the entire room like a regular bedside table lamp. It’s neck is adjustable so you can redirect light depending on your position. The four settings are wonderful too. I purchased a 2 pack so put the other in our 5 y/o’s bedroom for his reading/night light. The dim setting is perfect for calming lighting at night and doesn’t keep him awake once he gets sleepy looking at books. Easy to turn off and extra bonus is you can cut down on plugs as there is a usb port-built-in. Thoughtfully engineered, simple to install and easy to use! Highly recommend as a reading light.

The media could not be loaded.  So far so good but it’s only been one day. Let’s see how long they last I use the screws and the glue tape to make sure they don’t come off the wall because the screws are tiny. Nevertheless, I’m happy with this product.

This lamp works great for reading. It took some practice to figure out how to turn it off. I was a little disappointed that it is larger than it looks in the picture.

Lamp flickers after a few months and Amazon doesn't want to replace or return.Steer clear from this product and get better quality! Waste of money.

Have been using light for several weeks now and works great. Some reviewers had issue with the switch not being illuminated and hard to see but you can just put your hand or several fingers on the face instead of a single finger and that works perfectly. Will be buying another one for other side of bed. Brightness is totally adjustable and perfect for reading.

Too small for original intention

I ordered 2 of these.............one of them was faulty but was replaced immediately........ I mounted them to the side of the bed headboard and seems to work great.
