Buddy makes good ropes. So good that someone stoled mine and had to buy another one.

Performs as expected. I was already familiar with the higher end BL ropes, but I decided to try out this budget option. Doesn’t disappoint! Easy and quick to adjust. The handles may not have the foam grip like the other ropes have, but this feels comfortable on my hand. As for durability, I don’t know yet as I just recently got this rope

Let me start by saying that I know this is the base tier rope in budy lees line of jump ropes so I wasn’t expecting much but I was testing it to see if I wanted to order these for my boxing class that I teach. From the second I opened the package I was skeptical because of how cheap it felt all around. The handles are cheap but can make due but the rope itself is terrible. At low speeds it is alright but soon as you start to speed up the lack of weight to it makes it awful to handle and this is coming from someone who has been boxing and skipping rope for 16 years. I also ordered the jump master rope that I will be trying out tonight. I am skeptical because it uses the same material for the rope but maybe the swivel mechanism will help it keep up. I will be reviewing that later tonight. Overall I would say do not order this rope unless you only plan to skip at a very slow pace.

I tried boiling rope to get out the kinks and trying to skip gets tangled up. I kept the handles for something else.

I used it for a month and the kinks never came out. The rope really likes to get twisted and tangled.
