I have seriously cut back on my consumption of carbs, in all forms.When I do treat myself to them, I am trying to make sure they are not refined or touched by GMO or any creepy stuff I don’t want to eat.Einkorn is perfect. Yes, it has lots of carbs, but you are truly satisfied with far less, since the pasta has so much protein, and UN-tampered with wheat.I am so happy to have discovered this, as I was making my own, with the einkorn flour.This is much easier and I love the ingredient list; whole einkorn flour, water.Beautiful!

This pasta checks all the boxes for my diet. Glyphosate free. Low gluten. Non GMO. Holds up well when cooking. Taste and texture fine. Goes great with my Italian meat sauce.

We are hooked on Einkorn flour as it’s around 12,000 years old and one of a very few wheats that mankind hasn’t messed with through hybridization. It’s ultra low gluten, has a smooth nutty taste and is very filling without the tradition wheat “bloating” and “Food Coma” This einkorn whole wheat spaghetti was delicious! We made a cold spaghetti salad for our weeks lunches with 2 boxes of it and Olives, Spring Onions, Seedless Cucumber, Celery, Shredded Goats Milk Cheese and a Balsamic Vinaigrette sauce. We are slowly changing out all our Wheat Product needs to Jovial Einkorn, it’s that good.

Love the taste of Einkorn wheat! Not only does it taste good it is good for you. It is an unaltered wheat. This is the only pasta and flour we use.

I was really hoping to like these noodles, since I already eat einkorn homemade bread, but alas, I was very disappointed. The consistency and flavor is a bit like wet cardboard (not an exaggeration).

The taste is not quite as satisfying as pasta made from organic white flower, but this is FAR better tasting than any whole wheat pasta you'll ever have. Plus, the nutritional and health benefits of einkorn over regular wheat are spectacular.

The quality is exactly what I want in whole wheat spaghetti. It’s whole grain organic ancient grain pasta. Its freshness date is good until July 2027, but my order of six boxes will be eaten long before then.One serving is very healthy—protein is 8g and fiber is 5g.
