This book motivated me to wake up early
I always wanted to start waking up early but I needed to find a good reason for it. The book was written in a very nice way as a story but at the same time great models, approaches were shared.I do use some of the advice shared in the book.

Finally a book that can mentor me to success
This book is SO MUCH MORE than what the title suggests. When implemented, it is truly life-changing! I wake up at 5am and, after working out and meditating, I continue to read and learn the book while I implement everything I am learning on a daily basis! I feel like I have a mentor guiding me to success and to be a better human being!

A collection of quotes inserted randomly in a naive, silly fairy tale
-While the writer kept mentioning (based on studies.. researchers) he has barely mentioned very few of them. Zero references at the end of the book. Very poor writing style.- many invalid medical claims reflected the poor quality of research and preparation.- unrealistic frameworks that contradict several well established theories in neuroscience and excercises.- highly materialistic focus on luxury. The funny thing is he kept repeating that materialistic staff is not important and allocated 50% of the pages to describe and cherish materials!- for people who are interested in genuine and science based self growth, I suggest the following books : Atomic habits, Growth mindset, Excercised, Focus and other books for well known specialised professors!- the two starts is for the effort of writing and the quotes collection.
