How Did I do Without This Before?
A friend introduced me to chili oil last weekend as an addition to ramen noodles. I decided I wanted to get some for my own kitchen, and found this authentic Chinese version on Amazon. It's wonderful, adding zest and depth to ramen noodles - spicy but doesn't burn my mouth, works well with whatever additional spices I choose to add, and makes a simple bowl of ramen special!Note - my friend drained all the 'soup' from her noodles, while I prefer to leave just a little to meld with the oil and the noodles, and keep the dish moist.

Quick service and reliable shipping
Super product. Just enough hotness to spice up a meal.

Great product.
I use this whenever I want to add a little heat to whatever I'm cooking. A little splash usually does the trick. Highly recommend!

Good but not as hot as I like
This product did not bring the hot chili spice level I was hoping for. It is fine for a bit of heat on noodles but try something else for a very hot spicy dishes.

I love this stuff!
This is so good. You can have it with chicken, or cauliflower, or sprinkle it over eggs. Use your imagination. It's GOOD! Sweet and just a little hot. I order it all the time. These are nice sized bottles .... not too big. Just right to keep in the fridge when you need it.

Oil
That’s truly oil is Nice. It is spicy. I mainly just taste as spice in my food when I use it.

Very wild.
It's definitely chili oil.. but it barely has any spice compared to many other chili oils I've had

Great for fried Rice
This has become a must have for our fried rice. Either we buy fried rice or make it at home but either way this chili oil elevates the flavor when we warm up our rice in a skillet. Drizzle a table spoon our two in frying pan heat and put your favorite fried rice in to heat up. YUM!
