Great Alternative to Custom Orthotics!
My podiatrist recommended these insoles for my chronic aching flat feet and plantar fasciitis pain. The insoles are excellent quality and provide good arch support at a fraction of the cost of custom orthotics. When I pair these insoles with sturdy shoes. I am able to walk around pain free for several hours. Am I cured? Nah, but it’s a good start.

Great for flat feet
If you have flat feet, these are a life saver. This insert will not eliminate sinus tarsi syndrome but I am not in near constant pain from it now

This is of good quality and a very fair price.
It helped but flattened out within weeks. It is well made and did not raise my my toes where they would rub the shoe itself. I wish the arch had more support in it so it would not flatten so quickly. Aver all a good product.

Helped reduce foot aches
I work on my feet 8 hours a day wearing safety toed boots. I have wide feet and flat arches and these insoles helped with foot pain. I had to trim the toe area about 1/2 inch shorter but it fit well after that.

As close to custom orthotics as you can get
Having flat feet isn't fun, much less with arthritis in the joints. I have custom orthotics but use more than one pair of shoes. Power Step makes the closest arch support insole to the custom one at a fraction of the cost. Glad to see Power Step come up with different designs, depending upon your foot needs. Wish there was a way to wash them.

I have flat feet and these work great. The quality of construction is excellent and they have survived being used in multiple shoes. Highly recommend.

Shoe inserts
Liked this item and they fit perfectly into my gel nimbus tennis shoes. Liked the firmness and Quality for the price,very pleased.

BLISTERS! TOO STIFF-NOT FOR FLAT FEET, OR ANY FEET IN MY OPINION
I have flat feet and this was the recommendation for the shoes. I broke them on gradually then wore them on a 3 mile hike. I felt like someone had a lit match under my arch, and I had a bright red line where my arch was. I was in Mexico so I was stuck with them, and 2 miles into another hike a couple days later same outcome, and had to put a large band-aide over my arch so I could walk the rest of the way.
