Awesome diaper! Even better with baby diaper inside acting as a doubler, just poke a hole in the baby diaper and fold the tabs downward onto the adult diaper to avoid a wedgie. Wetting while laying down I've only had once, to be fair I forgot to activate the leak gathers which are tall. These also have a waist band in the back that really helps prevent sagging downwards, at this price point you'd be hard pressed to look elsewhere for something this reliable.

These briefs are my new go to. They are quick to absorb and lock it away. Over several months of using them i've never had a leak yet! They also hold up well against sagging and clumping even while hiking. These tapes/ fasteners are really good even when you have to re-tape they hold just as well. Highly recommend.The price does fluctuate on amazon so if you do subscribe and save the savings may be wiped out if you buy one during the high price periods.

This is the most absorbent overnight adult diaper I have ever tried and we’ve tested a lot of them! In fact, most Seni products are so worth the money. I continue to be impressed by the speedy delivery as well. Give them a try.

I absolutely love this diaper. This particular one lasts me 6-8 hours. I'm very active and work as a mechanic in a garage and these diapers hold up to the abuse. They rarely leak and the absorbent material doesn't fall apart and clump up in the middle. As for sleeping. It has only leaked when I sleep on my side, which is easy to avoid by not doing that. Other than that. No leaks and no odor. And a full nights sleep.Now one thing I dislike about these diapers is the size. I am 5'7 155 lbs 24.50 BMI. The waist is fine however, the part that goes around the thighs seems to be to small. This is where the price comes in. The price is the best bang for the buck and absorbance, but it's for a case. I don't want to try the next size up and be stuck with a case of the wrong size diaper. We need an option to buy just a single bag.

Both me and my husband suffer from chronic enuresis (bedwetting). Over many years we have used many brands of adult diapers to manage this issue. Our conclusion is that the Seni Super Plus is the best product to ensure a dry bed every morning. We are both heavy wetters, and have never had my nightgown and his pajamas and bedsheets wet upon waking in the morning. We do wear Gary Active Briefs over the diaper to help hold it more snugly to our bodies as the diaper becomes wet during the night, and to provide protection of side leakage in the event of a very heavy urine flow. We both highly recommend the Seni Super Plus to anyone afflicted with severe enuresis.

I didn't like how much the shipping fee was and I didn't get a full refund. These were very thin and little for it to be size Large. I had to return these but they charge you to return them for $19.99. I am so disappointed, and I will NOT be buying these ever again. I do not recommend them.
