Smells weird and doesn’t detangle

The product itself is a life-saver. It really helps my hair. I was so frustrated when it stopped spraying. This product has ingredients that don't irritate my scalp or hair: I have allergies (fragrance) and thinning, breaking hair.I bought plastic bottles that spritz from Amazon, which shouldn't be necessary. But I really want the product. I put the leave-in conditioner in another bottle and it's fine. These products are not cheap. The company needs to work on this. Because this can be a turn off. But the stuff inside? It's amazing.

I ordered this product because it got pretty good reviews and seem to have pretty clean ingredients and not any harsh chemicals which I like. However, The intended purpose is to be a detangler and bring nutrients to your hair and the product itself is super watery and not smoothing or softening to your hair. In fact, I tested it multiple times on each side of my hair, one with and one without, and it was easier to get through the tangles in my hair without the product somehow. I am returning the product and would not recommend.

Moisturizing, but beware, a little goes a long way, at least for my hair. The first time I put too much on and it made my hair sticky. With the right amount it's actually quite nice. For reference my hair type is 2b, medium texture, dry and high porosity.
