Dough Blender - Stainless Steel Professional Pastry Cutter for All Fall Baking

The blades have wide spaces, are fairly sharp, and thus are perfect for chopping/shredding the tuna steaks I steam (my own "canned" tuna). A fork is way too slow for that job.After using this for a year, and putting it in the top rack of the dishwasher about twice a month (I frequently use it for ground meats, so it needs to be cleaned thoroughly), I notice it is developing rust spots. It is still functional in every way, but the stainless steel used in kitchen wares these days is just not the same quality as what was used in the '40s and '50s when most (all?) steel was made in the USA.

Well made product. I plan on using it to chop up hard boiled eggs for egg salad. The tines are very stiff and made out of food grade stainless steel. The handle is soft and sturdy.

I don’t know how I got along without this blender! I though the other “mashers” I was using was doing a good job, but I was mistaken. It’s sturdy, and has done an excellent job of mixing dry ingredients.

This is the perfect tool I needed to make my egg salad! Previously I had to struggle with a knifeand, a fork, and half hour :( with this tool I can make my egg salad in a matter of minutes!Perfect!!!!

Flimsy handle construction - it is held in place by two tiny screws that fell out after about 10 uses. It is probably ok for use with softened butter. I will look for a sturdier design though.

I use this to chop up eggs for egg salad or potato salad! Works great and the dishwasher does a great job cleaning it!

This dough blender is well made and I have used it for making egg salad and making various pastry items. It is very easy to work with and easy to clean up. Recommend it highly.
