Chair arrived on time & well packaged. Looks to be well built and it is a godsend with the reclining feature in such a portable chair. This is my second folding power chair & overall the quality of this chair looks excellent. 30 day UPDATE: there was an issue with the motors - they were very loud and didn’t sound right compared to the one I owned before. The good news is that the warranty and support staff were very responsive and focused on getting it right instead of going in circles forever. Defective parts are a part of life sometimes. Knowing that ComfyGo backs up their products and strives to take care of their customers is a damn good feeling. Thank you in particular to Nazar for your help.

I could not mute the backup buzzer when the chair first arrived. Dealer was quick to provide a video. Then I realized that the chair back was too vertical. Dealer offered an older model with variable reclining feature.What I like: the brakes are really good.What I don't like: battery charge lasts only about two days. I bought a second battery. It's charge is about the same. That includes four trips outside, each about a quarter mile. The rest of the time is spent indoors, partly on carpet.

My husband has flipped over backwards 3 times now. Sherriff just happened to be nearby to assist the first time. We have been very careful the other 2 times. Do when it started to flip I was there to prevent it.

This is just what I needed. Due to leg neuropathy, bad back and very weak upper leg strength anymore this will allow me to get back out and do thing for myself. It is on the heavy side but hey it's an electric wheelchair it came only be so light!!! Edward and Eric are the best. The best customer service I have experienced in the last 15 years! They were quick to answer my questions and helped when I needed help. Trust me you can't go wrong with this company and their products.

I am the full time caretaker for my friend. He bought this chair because it’s difficult for me to push him and a grocery cart at the same time. Those type of instances where he needs to be more in control but he has a spinal cord injury and cannot push a manual wheelchair with his arms. It’s great for that, has decent speed, turns well and is easy to drive and switch back and forth to manual. However, it is very heavy. Much heavier than his regular chair. It’s all I can do to lift it into the car without help, and I’m the help! I would definitely look for a lighter version. This one is breaking my back too.

I think the joy stick is very sensitive and it definitely takes some adjustment to operate the chair comfortably, but overall, I do think it's comfortable, is easy to fold and open, and isn't too difficult to switch from manual to power. It is definitely not an easy wheelchair to push in manual mode, according to my husband. But since the battery life so far has proved to meet my needs, needing to switch to manual in the event of power loss is not concerning to me.

I'm 80, totally disabled and had fallen several times in the past year so I decided on a power wheelchair. I looked at the VA first but did not see any that looked easily portable.At 6'2" & 230lbs, I find the chair a bit on the small side. It could also use deeper cushions but that is fairly easy to remedy.Steering and speed are erratic in close quarters but after a week I'm getting better at handling this.The handheld remote does not work.After 6 months the cross piece broke in two places and the actuator connection also broke. So after 6 months I'm out over $2000 and have a useless piece of junk to show for it..12/18/22It reclines of its' own volition. At this point I'm sorry that I bought it.4/23/23A metal brace across the back just snapped. At this point the chair is a useless piece of scrap. Don't waste your money.

I got this for my mom for Mother’s Day, she absolutely adores it! Helps her stay social with her friends, as her manual chair was becoming too hard on her joints. It’s a very pretty piece of equipment (and mom looks like a Transformer - extra bonus lol), lightweight, easy to use… and this company has phenomenal customer service. 10 out of 10.
