J'aime beaucoup l'idée du produit (d'un espace qui s'agrandit) mais il faut avouer que j'ai été plutôt surprise par la grosseur de la cage, je pensais pouvoir mettre mes deux shih tzus (chiots de deux mois) dedans au début avant qu'ils grandissent (pensant que j'avais beaucoup de place pour eux) et aient besoin de chacun leur cage mais si on n'ouvre pas les extensions, on n'a pas assez de place pour deux petits shih tzu de deux mois, donc, quand ils grandiront, si pour une raison et une autre on ne peut pas utliser l'extention, un Shih Tzu adulte sera pluttôt à l'étroit dans cette cage.Je pensais aussi qu'on pouvait ouvrir complèment tous les côtés de la cage (je tentais de laisser mes Shih Tzu enter et sortir comme ils le voulaient pour les habituer mais voilà que la cage n'arrêtait pas de s'effondrer sur elle-même. J'ai poster ma question sur Amazon et une autre utilisatrice m'a donnée une réponse fort utile qui m'a fait réaliser que cette cage n'est pas faites pour être ouverte complètement par la porte de devant et de derrière, pour que la cage ne s'effondre pas, on doit garder la porte arrière fermée en tout temps et la porte avant doit aussi rester fermée complètement, le chien ne peut passer par la porte avant qu'en utilisant la petite porte intégrée dans la porte avant.

While setting it up to check everything, I noticed the zippers for the soft sides to stay up or down keeps getting stuck at the corners which is frustrating because the struggle is for something that should only take seconds!Also wish the soft padding on the sides could come off to make cleaning them easier.One side of the straps is also longer which makes it awkward to carry because it takes more effort to straighten the bag out, maybe its just a defect?

Happy beyond words with this carrier. Have used it 4 times now and puppy loves it. Was going to store it away between uses but it has become a permanent fixture in our living room because she loves to chill inside it or zoom in one door and out the other.. you see it has 2 zipper doors, one on either extension, a third zipper door in the middle and a fourth up top (like a sunroof). So she has lots of holes to poke in and out of. We just leave all the flaps open. The floor soft and fluffy and made of a material that is easy to wash. Some people complain about all the zippers like how there is a zipper wall inside for the extensions. I just leave those unzipped.. but there will always be some people complaining about something or other, no matter how trivial. Buy it, you will be pleased.

Used this to move our two cats halfway across the country. Was nice to have the option to expand the enclosure. Retains its shape when folded out except if you open the doors on the end (the ones on the front and back when its in its smallest size—when you leave those open it won’t stay tube-shapes) but you really don’t ever need to leave those open as it also has a top load. Our cats liked it so much they still go in there and lie down even after being in there for three days of the trip. It’s flexible so that’s great if your car is really packed.I had reservations before it got here because it’s always a bit of a gamble buying things sight unseen but it exceeded my expectations in every way. Would highly recommend for travelling. My cats are small though so if you have chonks it might not work for you.

Took my cat on a plane twice with this carrier already! My cat is pretty big so I was worried that it would be a little small for her, but all the airline measurements were pretty small for my cat. She was very comfortable and could turn around just fine. She preferred it small and not all the compartments folded out. The bottom is sturdy and when folded out is still sturdy. Has a couple pockets for small things, used fold out compartments as pockets since she preferred it small.GREAT QUALITY!
