Q: Can these cups be used for glitter?

Not sure what you mean by "Glitter" but they are great tumblers. I put weather prof stickers on the ones we purchased and they have done well.

Q: Dishwasher safe? Is it safe to wash it in the dishwasher?

I have put this in the dishwasher numerous times... This product is great quality.

Q: If the cup is made of 18/8 - 304 stainless steel then why electroplate the interior to "prevent rust", as stated in your photo?

I don't manufacture the tumblers nor do I sale them, I'm a purchaser but I haven't had any rust problems.
