This does give me great energy, but the itchy feeling which their website states is normal makes me uneasy. I have not had that occur with other pre-energy workout powders. For that reason, I don’t think it’s worth it. Flavor is good but a little too sweet for my taste.

This is my first time trying this product and I like it. Gives me energy when I head to the gym at 5am and there is no crash and the fruit punch flavor taste good to me. My only complaint is that I get that burning tingling feeling on my ears and body due to the Beta-alanine ingredient, so because of this I do not plan on getting this again. Also, I didn't realized this contains artificial ingredient which I am not fan of.

It’s a good pre workout. No headache or face tingle. It needs to be mixed well or you will have some left in the bottom of your cup.

This pre-workout gives me a solid boost without the crash. I feel more focused and pumped during my workouts. The orange pineapple flavor is actually really good and not too sweet. Mixes well and gets me going fast. Will definitely buy again!

Decent taste, has a slight bitter aftertaste. I’d say just use less water and chug it. Energy wise I say it could use a little more caffeine. As for the pump i’d say about the same, a little more L-citrulline wouldn’t hurt. And for the fat burn i’d say I haven’t noticed much in my opinion with about 3 weeks of use so far. Decent product all in all i’d just like higher dosages per serving. I understand you could double scoop but that wouldn’t be “one” serving anymore.
