will these fit a grade school size 4 1/2 and a men size 10?

They are made of material, and I purchase for my daughter that wears a size 10 we stuffed the tips (lots of Room) so maybe if you stuffed shoe it might fit a child.

will they work with women size 7?

They can yes, though they will be big. We used these for kids with about the same size shoe and just filled the toe area with tissue paper to keep the shape and it worked really well.

There is no exact size listed. I would say that a men's size 11 shoe would fit into the clown shoe. I would go no larger than a men's 11.

Do you put your shoes in there or do the clown shoes come over your shoes or instaed of regular shoes? Hum... not sure this is clear :-) Thx anyway!

These shoes are great as covers for regular shoes. You can also use them with socks, however you might need extra to fill them in. They are made out of soft material and very comfortable.
